Background:
The Galactic Federacy was formed over 20 million years ago by the Interplanetary Council in order to unite different interdimensional realms. It is a collective from various planetary dimensions that are home to beings such as the Pleiadians or the Arcturians, and others.
The Council of Nine was formed 10 million years ago as part of the Galactic Federacy, now the Galactic Federation. The Council is the governing body of this part of the solar system in which the Earth revolves. It’s function is to oversee all planetary activities and to keep in alignment the directives that operate the individual planets and star systems to maintain harmony. At the present time, it is focusing on the planets of Earth, Mars and parts of the Andromeda Galaxy.
There are 26 branches of the Galactic Federation . Each branch has their own governing body and are referred to by different names, actually by different vibrational frequencies. The dark groups that are upon the earth at this time are renegades from the Federation. They are operating on a lower vibration than the rest of the Galactic Councils. The Galactic Federation is actively involved with dispelling the darkness being generated by the renegades. Our goal is to shine Light to bring peace, love and harmony to all beings.
